MANILA, Philippines — Several flights to and from airports in Northern Luzon remain suspended due to inclement weather, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (Caap) announced on Tuesday.
According to Caap, this is despite the restoration of normal operations in most regional airports.
Article continues after this advertisement“Vigan, Lingayen, and Baguio Airports are back to normal but commercial flights are suspended due to cloudy weather with light to moderate wind,” Caap said in a situational report.

Meanwhile, the Tuguegarao and Cauayan airports are operational with no commercial suspended.

After weeks of consecutive typhoons ramming Northern Luzon, another storm, Tropical Storm Ofel (international name: Usagi), entered the Philippine area of responsibility early Tuesday morning.
